Where is WisutWood, and which areas do you serve?
Our head office and factory are on one 11-rai site in Mueang Surat Thani (there are no branches). We make finished pieces and deliver them to site in Surat Thani and the neighbouring provinces (Ranong, Chumphon, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phuket, Phang Nga, Phatthalung), including the islands of upper southern Thailand. Beyond that area, large projects are shipped anywhere in Thailand by chartered truck (freight quoted by distance and volume).
Does WisutWood manufacture in its own factory?
Yes — an integrated timber factory where our own team handles every step, from sawing and kiln drying to planing, then woodwork across 10 systems, solid-wood furniture and surface coating (furniture and individual pieces only). We have worked with wood since 1992 (B.E. 2535), on homes, made-to-order work and projects.
What is the difference between WisutWood and Furnale?
WisutWood makes woodwork and solid-wood furniture to your drawings for hotels, resorts, restaurants and cafés — the whole project (planed timber for project work is available too) — delivered to site, all through a quotation. Furnale is our sister brand, selling smaller wooden pieces, gifts and homeware online and shipping anywhere in Thailand, at furnale.com.
What do I need to prepare to request a quotation?
Send drawings or reference photos, approximate sizes, quantities, the timber species you are interested in and the delivery address, through the contact form or LINE. Our team will get back to you to settle the details and quote.
Can I get detailed drawings with every dimension?
Before you order, we send the quotation and concept images (overall sizes). Production drawings with every dimension are handed over after you place the order, as the design is our copyright. A design & take-off fee, as stated in the quotation, applies if the design is used without ordering with us.
