WisutWood makes and prepares the components for timber salas, pergolas, arbors and guard railings to your design, in hardwoods that stand up to sun, rain and coastal humidity, for resorts, villas and homes. Components ship planed and unfinished from our Surat Thani factory to sites across the upper south and the islands, ready for your own carpenters to assemble. Projects outside that area are delivered nationwide by chartered truck.

- Takhian Thong Outdoor-rated Moisture-resistant, suited to seaside work · figures are "merawan" trade-group values
- Mai Daeng Outdoor-rated Very strong and durable, good value

Questions before you order Pavilions & pergolas
What information do you need to quote a timber sala?
Send the overall size, the roof type, whether you want a raised timber floor, the species you are interested in and where the site is, together with reference photos or a sketch. Our team will take off the materials and prepare a quote.
Why is there no per sq m price for salas and pergolas?
Because they are assembled frames whose cost depends on the number of posts and beams, the roof and the detailing. We quote from the bill of materials for your actual design, so the figure is as close as it can be.
What should the posts of a timber sala stand on?
They should stand on steel post bases or concrete footings that hold the timber clear of the ground. Never bury the foot of a timber post in soil or leave it standing in water, which is where rot and termites start.
Which species suits outdoor woodwork by the sea?
Seafront sites take sun, humidity and salt air, so choose a weather-resistant hardwood such as teak or Takhian Thong, fix it with stainless hardware, and have your carpenter recoat and treat the timber on a cycle after installation.
Can you deliver outdoor woodwork to other provinces or outside the south?
We deliver to sites across the upper south as standard (Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phuket, Phang Nga, Ranong, Chumphon, Phatthalung and the islands). For larger projects outside that area we charter trucks and deliver nationwide. Quoted prices do not include freight, which is estimated from distance and volume. We manufacture and deliver only. We do not install; your own carpenters do the fitting on site.
