Terms of Service
These terms apply to the wisutwood.com website and to the chat channels of Wisutwood Co., Ltd. (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE Official Account, WhatsApp and the chat on our website). By using them, you accept these terms.
1. About us
We are a timber factory in Surat Thani, southern Thailand, making woodwork and solid-wood furniture to order and delivering it to your site.

2. Our AI assistant “Nong Ngueak”
- Our chat is answered by an AI assistant called “Nong Ngueak”, working alongside our team.
- Answers from the AI are preliminary information, may be inaccurate, and are not an offer or a contract from the Company.
- Confirmed information is what our team tells you and what is stated on the quotation.
- You can ask to speak to a member of our team at any time — just say so in the chat.
We collect and use chat data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Estimated prices
- Prices from the “price estimate” page, prices worked out from a photo, and prices given in chat are preliminary estimates calculated by our system.
- The actual price depends on the wood species, the materials and hardware, and the type of finish.
- The binding price is the price on the quotation the Company issues, within the period stated on that quotation.
- Estimated prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
4. Ordering and payment
- An order starts from a quotation the Company issues.
- Production starts once the design is confirmed and a 50% deposit is paid.
- The balance is paid before or on handover.
- Payment is by bank transfer to the company account only; we do not offer cash on delivery.
- We can issue a tax invoice or a receipt.
- We take on jobs with a total order value of 15,000 baht or more (this is a condition for taking the job on, not a product price).
- For project and corporate work we can provide the company certificate and the Por Por 20 VAT registration (when a VAT tax invoice is needed), and we issue tax invoices and receipts.
5. Lead time
Roughly 7-30 working days after the design is confirmed and the deposit is paid, depending on the design and the number of pieces. The actual time for each job is stated in the quotation.
6. Delivery
- Freight charges and the delivery date are stated in the quotation.
- The Company manufactures and delivers the finished pieces to your site; we do not offer an installation service.
- Freight to the islands is charged at cost: both the ferry (vehicle barge) and the road distance. It is stated in the quotation.
7. What solid wood is like
- Solid wood varies from piece to piece in colour, grain and natural marks, so the piece you receive may differ slightly from the sample photos.
- The timber is kiln-dried before production (to the standard 8-12% moisture content), but wood still shrinks and expands slightly with the weather. That is the nature of wood and is not a defect.
- A piece specified for indoor use may deteriorate faster than normal if it is used outdoors.
8. Warranty
Each piece is covered for 30 days after handover, under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage from use other than as intended, from modification, accident, water, abnormal damp or heat, or the natural movement of wood described in section 7.
9. Designs and photos you send us
- By sending us a design or a photo to estimate or to build, you confirm that you have the right to use it.
- We use the photos you send to estimate prices and to build your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The text, project photos, 3D models and other content on this website belong to the Company. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
11. Liability
- We work to keep the information on our website and in chat accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors.
- The Company’s liability for a manufactured order is as set out in the quotation and the warranty in section 8.
12. Personal data
We collect, use and disclose your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its update date.
