Solid Wood Doors and Windows in Volume for Hotels, Resorts, Villas and Projects
WisutWood produces solid wood doors, frames, window sashes and louvred shutters in volume to drawing for hotels, resorts, villas and housing projects. We use kiln-dried hardwood for stability and build to the project door and window schedule so every leaf matches its opening. Everything ships planed and unfinished from our Surat Thani factory for the project carpenter to fit and finish, delivered to site across upper southern Thailand; projects outside that area go nationwide by chartered truck.
What to think through before you order
- Many different openings have to be built exactly to the door and window schedule
- Leaves must not twist and must close tight in humid air
- External openings face sun and rain, so the species has to resist moisture
- The ironmongery has to be specified from the start

Can you produce timber doors in volume to our project schedule?
Yes. Send the door and window schedule with the real opening sizes, the handing, the leaf type and the quantity per type, and the factory builds to that schedule so every leaf matches its opening.
Do solid wood doors twist, and how is that prevented?
The main cause is timber that is still wet. We use kiln-dried timber and stable species, which limits twisting and shrinkage. External doors should be sealed on every face once they are in place.
What do you need to price doors and windows?
The real opening sizes (width × height), the handing, the leaf type, the frames, the quantity per type, and the ironmongery such as hinges and handles, so the hardware can be priced too.
Do the doors arrive already finished?
Woodwork ships planed and unfinished, with no factory coating, because a finish can be damaged in transit and the timber has to be trimmed to fit on site. Your own carpenter paints or coats it once it is in place, and you can order the coating product along with the work.
Can you deliver doors and windows to a project in another province?
We deliver to site across upper southern Thailand as a matter of course (Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phuket, Phang Nga, Ranong, Chumphon, Phatthalung and the islands). Large projects outside that area are delivered nationwide by chartered truck. Quoted prices exclude freight, which is worked out from distance and volume. We manufacture and deliver only, with no installation service — your own carpenter fits the work.
