WisutWood produces woodwork and solid wood furniture to order for villas and holiday homes — timber flooring, pool decking, salas, staircases, doors and windows, through to beds, tables and terrace furniture. We choose species that stand up to a seaside climate, produce everything at our Surat Thani factory, and deliver to site on Koh Samui and in Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga and across upper southern Thailand. Multi-villa projects outside that area are delivered nationwide by chartered truck.

Should a villa pool deck use real wood or composite?
Real wood gives a natural feel, is comfortable underfoot and can be sanded and re-coated, but it needs maintenance on a schedule. WPC composite needs less care. Villas that trade on a premium look usually choose real wood. There is a detailed comparison in our article on solid wood versus WPC composite.
Which wood suits a seafront villa?
Seafront sites get sun, humidity and salt air, so choose a dense hardwood that stands up to the climate, such as teak or Takhian Thong, fix it with stainless steel hardware, and have your carpenter re-coat the timber on a schedule once it is in place.
Can you deliver to a villa on Koh Samui or in Phuket?
Yes. Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Phuket, Krabi and Phang Nga are all inside our normal delivery-to-site area. Projects outside upper southern Thailand are delivered nationwide by chartered truck, and quoted prices exclude freight.
Can you produce the villa woodwork and furniture together?
Yes. One factory makes the flooring, decking, salas, stairs and doors as well as the furniture, so the wood tone matches throughout the villa. Woodwork ships planed and unfinished; furniture can be coated at the factory.
Who fits the woodwork at the villa?
Your own carpenter or contractor does. We manufacture and deliver only — no on-site installation or finishing. There are fitting guides for decking and structure on the website for your carpenter to work from.
