WisutWood makes solid wood doors, window sashes, frames, louver sashes and transom lights to the actual opening sizes you send, in stable kiln-dried hardwood that is far less likely to twist, for homes, villas, resorts and hotels. They are priced per set or per leaf and ship planed and unfinished from our Surat Thani factory to sites across the upper south, ready for your own carpenters to install and finish. Projects outside that area are delivered nationwide by chartered truck.

Questions before you order Wood doors & windows
What are the standard sizes for a solid wood door?
Interior doors are usually 80 × 200 cm or 90 × 200 cm, and bathroom doors 70 × 200 cm. If the opening is not a standard size, the factory makes the door to the actual dimensions.
Why do some wood doors twist or stop closing properly?
Usually because the timber was not dry enough, or the joinery ran against the grain direction, so the leaf twists as the wood shrinks. WisutWood uses kiln-dried timber at no more than 12% moisture content, and sealing every face keeps the leaf from taking up moisture.
How are wood doors and windows priced?
Per set (frame plus leaf) or per leaf, by size, species and leaf type. Send the opening sizes and quantities for an initial estimate.
Which species suits solid wood doors and windows?
Exterior openings that take sun and rain want a stable, damp-tolerant species such as teak or Takhian Thong, while interiors leave more choice depending on budget. Send the actual opening sizes and the leaf type you want for a quote.
Can you deliver doors and windows to other provinces or outside the south?
We deliver to sites across the upper south as standard (Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phuket, Phang Nga, Ranong, Chumphon, Phatthalung and the islands). For larger projects outside that area we charter trucks and deliver nationwide. Quoted prices do not include freight, which is estimated from distance and volume. We manufacture and deliver only. We do not install; your own carpenters do the fitting on site.
