Made-to-Order Built-in Interior Woodwork — Counters, Shelving, Timber Walls
WisutWood produces built-in interior woodwork in solid wood, made to architect drawings and the real dimensions of the space — counters, display shelving, storage cabinets, timber wall cladding and feature walls for cafés, restaurants, hotels and homes. The pieces are produced at our Surat Thani factory for the project team to assemble, and delivered across upper southern Thailand; projects outside that area go nationwide by chartered truck.
What to think through before you order
- Everything has to be built to the real dimensions on every side
- Openings for lighting, sockets and pipework have to land exactly
- Pieces have to break down so they can be transported and assembled
- They have to match the drawings and the other materials in the space

Furniture pieces (counters, cabinets, shelving) can be coated at the factory in either of two systems: lacquer/PU or food-grade wax · wall, batten and trim woodwork ships planed and unfinished, with no factory coating

What drawings do you need for built-in work?
A floor plan with the real dimensions on every side, the drawings or renders you want followed (style, materials, colour), and the positions of any lighting, sockets or pipework the woodwork has to work around. The more detailed the drawings, the more accurate the estimate.
Do you build from 3D models or architect drawings?
Yes — we build to the drawings and specification you send. Our team takes off the quantities, advises on the species and the coating system, and quotes. Complex shaping carries an extra forming charge according to difficulty.
Who assembles built-in work on site?
Your own project or site team does. We produce the pieces broken down so they can be transported and assembled, and we offer no on-site installation.
Which finish suits a timber counter?
Counters that meet water, heat and heavy use should have a lacquer/PU film. Display shelving or decorative pieces where you want the bare timber to show can take wax.
Can you deliver built-in work to another province?
We deliver to site across upper southern Thailand as a matter of course (Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phuket, Phang Nga, Ranong, Chumphon, Phatthalung and the islands). Large projects outside that area are delivered nationwide by chartered truck. Quoted prices exclude freight, which is worked out from distance and volume. We manufacture and deliver only, with no installation service — your own carpenter fits the work.
