Made + delivered · Surat Thani factory
Service area and delivery — upper southern Thailand, and projects nationwide
WisutWood makes woodwork and solid-wood furniture at a single factory in Mueang Surat Thani, then delivers it to your site. Within our main area, a radius of roughly 300 km, delivery to site is routine; beyond it, large projects can be shipped anywhere in Thailand by chartered truck. Pieces are made as ready-assembled modules your own crew can fit easily; on-site installation isn't a standard service (our team can assess it case by case). No on-site finishing, and no branches.

Which areas do you deliver to site?
Our main area is a radius of roughly 300 km from the Surat Thani factory, with normal delivery to site: Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Phuket, Phang Nga, Ranong, Chumphon, Phatthalung and the islands of upper southern Thailand, such as Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, Koh Yao and Koh Lanta.
I am outside southern Thailand — can I still order?
Yes. One piece or a few go by private carrier at cost, and for project quantities we charter a truck anywhere in Thailand. Freight is always itemised on the quotation.
How is freight calculated?
Prices from the estimate tool do not include freight. Freight is quoted per project by distance and volume and stated in the quotation.
How is freight to the islands charged?
Freight to the islands is charged at cost: both the ferry (vehicle barge) and the road distance. It is stated in the quotation. For island work, allow time for the ferry schedule and plan delivery slots against the site timeline well ahead.
Do you have a branch or a showroom in another province?
No. We have a single office and factory on an 11-rai site in Mueang Surat Thani. You can order from any province through the website, LINE or by phone, and you are welcome to book a factory visit in advance.
Once the work is delivered, who installs it?
Usually your own team or contractor fits it: we make the work at the factory as ready-assembled modules that are easy to fit on site. On-site installation isn't a standard service, but our team can assess it case by case. There is no on-site finishing, and woodwork ships planed and unfinished.
