User Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Wisutwood Co., Ltd. to delete your personal data at any time, free of charge — including messages you sent to the WisutWood Page on Facebook Messenger, chats with Nong Ngueak on our website, and data submitted through our forms.
What we delete
- Messenger messages and the Page-scoped ID (PSID) linked to your conversation.
- Website chat (Nong Ngueak) messages.
- Name, phone number and details submitted through the contact / quotation forms.
- Conversation analysis data relating to you.
How to request deletion
Send us “Please delete my data” through any of these channels:

- Email: privacy@wisutwood.com
Please include
- Your Facebook display name or the name you contacted us with.
- The channel you used (Messenger / website chat / form) and roughly when.
- The phone number you gave us (if any).
If you send the request on Messenger from the same account you chatted with, we can find your conversation straight away with no extra details.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request and may ask only what is needed to verify you own the data.
- We delete the data from our systems within 30 days of receiving the request.
- We confirm the deletion back to you through the channel you used.
Exceptions
Records the law requires us to keep (such as tax invoices and accounting records for completed orders) are kept until the legal period ends and used only for that purpose. Deleting a conversation in your own Messenger inbox does not delete our copy, so please also send a request as described on this page.
